What People Are Saying:
“I can't thank Catherine from Baby Sleep Team enough for the support she has given me over the past few weeks with my 12-month-old. I always thought that sleep would come naturally for my baby, but since we were still having 2 hourly wakes through the night I started to think it would never happen and I was destined to be a walking zombie!
I reached out to Catherine and she called me back straight away to discuss our routine and sleep environment. With a few tweaks to our daytime naps and babies room, we started getting longer stretches of sleep within days, and it just keeps getting better and better.
Thank you so much from one mother to another!”
“Catherine is an amazing person with a passion to help other moms with what I think is one of the biggest struggles. I contacted her when my little one's night sleep became a real issue. I was feeling lost and could not figure out how to help her. Catherine was so attentive and we talked through it all. She does not push any ideas or method on you, but rather gives you so many options that would suit your family and specific needs. I appreciate her so much and her gentle manner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
“I was an overtired, exhausted mother that needed help regarding her 1-year-olds sleep patterns. I reached out to the baby sleep team after over a month of three to four wakes a night. The wakes were taking their toll on our relationship as mother and baby, our daily functioning of lives, and partner relationships. Something needed to be done. I wrote to Catherine laying out everything we did from daily routines, to night routines from feeds, sleeps, and wake times. She instantly gave me some advice of why my boy might one be struggling to make reasonable day naps to how it could be affecting his sleep at night.
I took on board her wee tips and hints and although it was a change to both our routines, that was the first night in over a month he slept longer than 2-3 hour stints (11 hours total).
Thank you so much for all your help”
